smoothie addiction

I've had a smoothie addiction the past few months. With a 2 energetic boys and nursing a baby sometimes the day would get so busy and I got so starving I end up grabbing for anything I could find, eating mac n cheese or whatever is left over from feeding the kids lunch.

I started making smoothies for breakfast so I didn't feel so sluggish throughout the day.  I've seriously felt a huge difference. I make a good amount so that the boys can have some and what's left over I put in the fridge. (I have found I get the Most bang for my buck buying my frozen fruit, produce, power greens ect @ Winco)

I have even felt a change in my skin, and hair. I rarely breakout anymore which is crazy for me. I used to have a consistent battle with acne especially after having a baby when your hormones are adjusting back to normal. 

My body has given me positive feedback that what I put into it really makes a huge difference. It also makes me feel better to know that Bessie is getting the nourishment that she needs. 

I found this smoothie chart off Pinterest and have loved trying different combos. also have added flax seeds and oats. I Usually always add honey...also heard of adding Ginger, and Chia seeds, Spirulina ect.
