Where did January go?

Time is flying by.. I can't believe we have lived in Kaysville for a month now. We are so greatful to be here with Eric and Carrie and their fam. Alex works four ten's so he gets Friday's off. We love the long weekends with him and so far have just explored the area and hung out as a family. Its been so much fun.

This past week Eric and Carrie went to New Orleans for a conference and so they had us hold down the fort with the kids while they were gone for 4 days. Oh boy, 5 kids is a lot of work!! To all you mom's out there with lots of kids... truly amazing. I am completely exhausted. but I love these kids and we had a lot of fun together =) Max is loving life. He loves waking up to his cousins and he is always making sure, after we go out and about, we are going "back to Brandts house". Brandt is 3 and Max is 2. They play so well together. They have their moments where they argue and stuff but it is so fun to watch them play all their little boy games. The other day they came up to me and they had decided they wanted to go out and play in the snow. So we got all their snow clothes on and I sent them out in the back yard and watched them from the window. It was so fun to watch them trekking out into the snow playing on the swingset and with the shovels and toys. Its fun to see My little boy growing up. I just love each stage and want to just soak it all in it flys by way to fast!!

Max and Alex have such a special relationship.
This is the horse in their playroom. Max loves to ride it. He always hits his lip on the back of the horse's head and it is so funny because he's trying to act like it doesn't hurt but I can tell it does! He just keeps on riding though.


Elli's Birthday was this week. She is so cute. We had a lot of fun making her a cake and celebrating with her. (I talked her into wanting chocolate pudding cake) They liked it, not as much as I did though I am sure. It was a great day.

19 weeks one day, The hunger has come and the bigger and bigger I get. Can't wait to find out the gender. My ultrasound is scheduled for Feb 24th. I will be 22 weeks so hopefully it is pretty accurate! counting down the days!!
