Feels good to be back

Its so nice to be back in Logan. I guess living here so long has made us take the mountains and fresh cool breeze for granted. But as we drove into the Valley through the canyon Alex and I both realized how cool Utah is and how much we love living here. Its been awhile since I've updated the blog. In a nutshell we have finished up work in Texas, made the 24 hour drive back to logan, stopped to see Kera and her family in Colorado Springs on the way, and have been moving into our apartment. Alex started school last Monday and is liking his classes this semester. I decided to take the semester off since I'm due in October. I didn't realize how sad i would feel to drop all my classes but I guess I will be that much more ready to start up again in the Spring. I have had a really bad case of "nesting". Its really weird. I have just wanted to clean out every little cubbard and shelf and organize everything. we've almost got everything cleaned out of our extra room so I can start getting things all set up for our little guy to be here.

It seems so unreal that in less than 2 months we will have a baby here with us. I feel so unprepared and nervous and at the same time so excited. We just hope that everything goes ok and he can be healthy.

Alex's Birthday was on the tenth of August.. Big 24! We were both still working so we decided to wait a week to celebrate. We decided to take a trip to Austin with Adam and Megan before we started our trip back home. It was fun to visit all the places that we went last summer and spend time together! its nice to see my husband again after a long summer of sales =) Soo nice to be back home!

I love Logan too! We only live across the canyon in Brigham City but every time we go up there I realize how much I miss Cache Valley! Also, I'm only 21 weeks along but I have the same unprepared feelings that you do! I have no idea what I'm doing or how to get ready! Hopefully I'll figure it out before January! Good luck with everything!
