Today he made a trip down to Salt Lake area to pick up some snowmobiles. He had posted on KSL that he would like to trade his Candy machine for an old snowmobile. He used to have an old Polaris and before he left on his mission he gave it away.
Well a guy called Alex the other day and said that he had 2 that he would give to him. He didn't even want the candy machine! what a nice guy! Alex was stoked!
For those of you who don't know Alex well, he is always working on a project. The past few months he has been fixing an old go cart that belongs to his grandpa "Grumpy". He put a whole new engine on it and it runs like a charm and is a lot of fun!
After fixing the go cart and riding it maybe a little too much he said, "I need another project." A few days later this man called!
I am really excited for him because he is really happy when he is doing projects like this. The only down fall about it for me is that he gets so into the project that i don't see him very much until he is finished. He really gets in the zone.
But I really admire Alex for how his mind works and his desire to take things apart, put things together and fix things. I love him.

(this is probably what the snowmobiles will look like I'm guessing because i found this picture on our computer)

hopefully your kids will inherit his "mr. fix it" traits because we all know they aint gettin none from the Baugh side :)
I love how Alex always has a project! That is awesome! How exciting for him, a new one!
Think how much you guys can save with Alex being such a handy man! :) School is going well for me, we just had midterms and they actually turned out pretty well. Especially since it's my last semester and I am feeling senioritis, bad! Not much else is new though...school, work, friends, same old. How are things going for you?
anna- i am busting out right now, seriously. only alex! he'll have them running in no time-
I love how you and Alex both have so many awesome characteristics. That will be fun for you two to have the snowmobiles once they're all fixed up! And I loved your post about swimming - you are so cute and the new suit is going to look great on you!
I think it's so funny how much of a "fixit" kinda guy Alex is in comparison to Casey! You couldn't pay Casey enough to fix two snowmobiles, hahaha. Hope y'all get to ride 'em before the snow is gone!
WE need to live close Anna! Dave and Alex make a good match for fixing things and liking the projects:) It is fascinating what they can do! Looks so fun.
Anna, you guys look like you are having so much fun. I always tell Kera I want to live by the Baugh family. I am excited for you to get into the teaching program. I wish I could play in three indoor leagues with you. I really miss soccer and you of course. Are you going to run the Nike half too?
