Alex's Birthday is on Sunday so we decided to Celebrate it a week early before i left, So we took a trip to San Antonio for a few days. It was almost a little weird spending so much time with him, because he has been working so hard, BUT I LOVED IT!
We left on Sunday after church and went to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. That was way cool. On Monday morning we headed to the San Marcos outlets so Alex could do a little school shopping (and get a b day present) =) I love when Alex wants to go shopping because it doesn't happen much!!!
Then we went to lunch at the Hula Hut which is like the best place ever that Chelsey, one of the wives out in Texas discovered! If you ever go to Austin you have to go there! After we ate we went and Kayaked on Lake Austin, Alex hasn't been able to go yet so I let him do most the rowing. He took us WAY down the Lake/River not thinking we'd have to go all the way back!! I tried to warn him.. so I helped paddle a little on the way back =)
Alex found this really cool restaurant/bar called MALAGA, (which is where Alex served his mission). So we went there for dinner! When we got there we had to show Id's and everything which either of us had ever done before so we felt pretty cool...
We didn't order any alcohol but Alex ordered a few typical Spanish things and we shared them!! it was really fun!
Now I'm back in Utah and Alex is still selling in Texas until his bro and my BFF get married next Friday!! YAHOO! Its not fun sleeping alone so i can't wait for him to come! I'll miss you Texas!!! and i miss you Alex =)
We went to a 3D movie called Deep Sea,(or something like that) it was AWESOME!
I decided to grow my hair out for the occasion =)

Looks like you guys had fun celebrating his birthday! Happy Birthday to Alex on sunday! It was good to see you yesterday nans! I am glad that you are back! And whenever we Finally get back to logan we must all do something together!! See you at Meegs wedding woo hoo!!
P.S. haha I love the long hair for a day look...your hair grows so fast and can be so short when you want it to haha!

Sounds like you had a lot of fun before you left!! I understand the sleeping alone thing...Seth comes to get me around the 17th and we're supposed to be in Oregon by the 20th...

Looks like you guys had a great trip...together!!! I'm glad you guys were able to have some anna & alex time out here:) Alex says you're already gettin ready for a game this week! That has to be pretty exciting! Good luck with that!
